PM Flight Simulator Founder Preview Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2026

PM Flight Simulator is a private Founder Preview for rehearsing leadership decisions in fictional project scenarios.

Information stored on your iPad

The app stores your optional name, display preferences, scenario progress, decisions, conversations and debrief information locally on your device. This allows you to resume a rehearsal after closing the app.

The guided demonstration is generated locally and is not saved as a participant run.

Hosted conversation processing

Some interactions in The Shared Workfront Decision use a PM Flight Simulator service hosted by Cloudflare. When you use these interactions, your typed response, recent simulation conversation and relevant fictional scenario context are sent through Cloudflare to OpenAI so the app can interpret the response and generate an in-scenario reply.

Do not enter real confidential project information, sensitive personal information or information about other people.

PM Flight Simulator does not maintain server-side user accounts or an application database of participant conversations. Cloudflare and OpenAI may process network, security, operational and service-usage information under their respective privacy and retention practices.

Other Founder Preview scenarios and the guided demonstration do not use this hosted conversation service.

Analytics and advertising

The Founder Preview does not include advertising, cross-app tracking, marketing attribution or participant analytics SDKs.

Sharing and deletion

Scenario transcripts remain on your device unless you choose to export them using the iOS share sheet. If you export a transcript, it is sent to the destination you select.

Restarting a scenario clears that scenario’s current saved run. Removing the app normally removes its locally stored data from the device, subject to Apple’s backup and restoration features.

Because PM Flight Simulator does not create user accounts or link hosted requests to a participant profile, it generally cannot identify and delete individual infrastructure records associated with a particular tester.

TestFlight

Apple separately processes TestFlight account, installation, device, diagnostic, crash and feedback information under Apple’s privacy policies.
