Privacy Policy

PM Flight Simulator is a leadership-rehearsal product for major-project decisions. The public website explains the idea. The application itself is currently offered in private Founder Preview.

Information stored on your device

The app stores optional display preferences, scenario progress, decisions, conversations and debrief information locally on your device. This allows you to resume a rehearsal after closing the app.

Hosted conversation processing

Some in-scenario interactions may use a PM Flight Simulator service hosted by Cloudflare. When used, typed responses and relevant fictional scenario context are sent through Cloudflare to OpenAI so the app can generate an in-scenario reply.

Do not enter real confidential project information, sensitive personal information or information about other people.

PM Flight Simulator does not maintain server-side user accounts or an application database of participant conversations. Cloudflare and OpenAI may process network, security, operational and service-usage information under their respective privacy and retention practices.

Website access

The public website does not require an access code. Optional private website routes may use an access code and a short-lived session cookie. No account is created.

Analytics and advertising

The website and Founder Preview do not include advertising, cross-app tracking, marketing attribution or participant analytics SDKs.

Sharing and deletion

Scenario transcripts remain on your device unless you choose to export them. Restarting a scenario clears that scenario’s current saved run. Removing the app normally removes its locally stored data from the device, subject to Apple’s backup and restoration features.

TestFlight

Apple separately processes TestFlight account, installation, device, diagnostic, crash and feedback information under Apple’s privacy policies.
